Dommage d'avoir été mal reçue ce 17 novembre 2025 vers 9h30 , je n'avais jamais connu d'individu aussi prétentieux dans ce centre . Cliente depuis plus de 20 ans, je demandais le remplacement d'une branche de lunettes , il m'a répondu qu'il fallait changer toute la monture , j'ai insisté en lui disant que l'autre branche avait déjà été changée dans ce centre. Il s'est absenté et il est revenu après avoir fixé une branche dépareillé, en me disant que mes lunettes étaient tordues d'un air hautain, que je ne faisais pas attention . Je lui ai dis ce que je pensais de son arrogance et de sa suffisance . J'ai toujours connu du personnel aimable et engageant qui vous fidelise dans ce centre , celui là fait fuir les clients
