Il est clair que cet opticien est uniquement là pour nous vendre des lunettes. Lunettes achetées le 9 décembre. Je me présente comme convenu au magasin le 20 décembre. Problème : lunettes perdues par le transporteur... on me dit qu on va voir le probleme et me rappeler. Fetes de fin d année. Ça tombe mal me dit l opticien. Je rappelle le 14 janvier car je n ai aucune nouvelle. On me répond qu on va s occuper de mon dossier.... les réponses sont hesitantes.... devant mon insistane et mon mécontentement j insiste pour avoir réponse. On me donne réponse à la fin de la semaine. Je récupère mes lunettes le 24 janvier. On me propose à titre commercial une 2eme paire de lunettes, je refuse, j ai eu à ma charge 114,40€ on me propose un remboursement commercial mais on doit voir avec le responsable du magasin. On va me rappeler. N ayant aucune nouvelle je rappelle le 18 février. C est le responsable du magasin qui me répond. Il n est pas au courant de mon dossier... preuve que la communication n est pas leur point fort... service client zéro ! Il me propose remboursement de 50% sur mon reste charge. On convient que je viens au magasin mercredi 26 février pour le remboursement. Je me présente donc aujourd'hui au magasin à 14h20, responsable est parti déjeuner il faut que je revienne dans 30 min car seul lui est habilité à gérer les remboursements !!!! Je suis donc revenue à 15h10. Aucune excuse du responsable ! Il ne savait pas que j étais déjà venue pour rien. Remboursement fait rapidement car une cliente mécontente doit vite partir. Il y a du monde dans le magasin. Il faut aller leur vendre une paire de lunettes !
