Experience en magasin catastrophique. Ces lunettes ne sont pas exposées, elles sont bien rangées dans le tiroir...c'est un modèle phare donc j'avoue ne pas comprendre. Je suis acceuillie par une vendeuse a qui je demande de voir les lunettes de soleil pour enfant. Il faut savoir que le rayonnage de soleil pour enfant est contre un mur alors que le magasin est immense...il n’y avait pas ce modèle dans le rayon. Je demande alors à la vendeuse si elle a ce modèle spécifiquement, elle les sort du tiroir...je lui dit que sur votre site elles sont à -50% et que dans le magasin c'est -25%. Elle me réponds que c'est comme ça et qu’elle ne peut pas appliquer la même remise. Je les ai donc commandées sur votre site.
Ne vous étonnez donc pas si les clients se font rares dans vos magasins et qu'ils achètent sur le Web. Expérience nulle, vendeuse pas très courtoise...bref rien ne va.
Et dans ce questionnaire, la moindre des choses c'est de classer la liste de vos magasins soit par région soit par ordre alphabétique, ça nous évitera de la dérouler pendant plusieurs minutes.
