FUYEZ Messieurs Dames cet opticien plutôt agréable encore en 2023 est devenu une usine!
A l'intention de M.si vous le dites qui est soit disant le "patron"!! 300€ à ma charge pour une paire de solaires, des verres changés sur mon ancienne paire et une nouvelle paire de vue... Erreur reconnue et réparée sur la commande sur les verres des nouvelles lunettes. 5 moi plus tard en mai, je ne vois plus clair avec ces mêmes paires on m'explique gentiment (ou pas) que j'ai cramé les verres !!! L'expertise qui dure 2 semaines environ confirme finalement la non conformité des verres qu'évidemment je n'ai pas pû cramer sur mon nez! Je me déplace pour la 3 ème fois en riant de la situation, j'essaie les lunettes réparées et SURPRISE elles ne sont plus à ma vue! Je précise que mon autre paire et les solaires sont bien à ma vue qui n'a donc pas changé ! M.si vous le dites,quand je lui rappelle la situation depuis le début ne trouve rien d'autre à dire que : "si vous le dites"! Sans excuses il me dirige vers la sortie affirmant qu'il est plus perdant que moi vu le nombre de changement de verre.... Bref je veux un remboursement ou un geste commercial M si vous le dites et regardez mon dossier vous verrez que j'affirme tout ce que je dis!
