Nous avons acheté avec mon épouse 4 paires de lunettes de vue en janvier 2022 à notre arrivée dans la région pour plus de 1500€ environ. Mon épouse a eu des soucis de réglages avec les siennes (il a fallu y retourner à plusieurs reprises) et de mon côté sur des montures OAKLEY les vis des branches se sont détachés rendant inutilisable les lunettes . Réparation sur place à 2 reprises en rentrant chez moi les branches sont de nouveau désolidarisées ! . Ils se sont enfin décidé à recommander une monture complète depuis plus de 15 jours (il a fallu que je les contacte pour le suivi , toujours pas de monture en vue !) alors que OAKLEY échange les montures durant la durée de la garantie. Je n'ai plus de lunettes de vue de près depuis fin janvier et je me suis résolu a acheter en pharmacie une paire de lunettes provisoires (loupes) pour pouvoir lire correctement. Je suis donc très mécontent du suivi , très peu professionnel alors qu'ils vous déroulent le tapis rouge au moment de l'achat. C'est sur que nous n'y retournerons plus avec mon épouse.
