Très déçu dès mon deuxième passage en 2024 par rapport à mon première passage en 2019.
En effet, suite a un souci de 2 rayures sur l'intérieur d'un verre de lunettes neuves, de marque, que j'ai découvert au bout une semaine en les nettoyants, je suis donc retournée au magasin, et là, on me dit directement que les lunettes n'ont pas été délivrées ainsi, ce qui m'accusait directement d'y être responsable. J'ai eu beau prouvé qu'en aucune façon je n'aurai pu griffé ce verre, j'avais d'ailleurs sur le nez des lunettes qui avaient 5 ans, qui n'étaient pas de la marque, et qui n'avais alors aucune rayure ! La jeune personne que j'avais en face de moi au comptoir était vraiment très antipathique. Je suis donc repartie avec ma paire de lunettes. Quelques jours plus tard je recevais un message sur mon portable et Optical Center avait changé d'avis. Le verre a donc été changé mais depuis la récupération de cette paire de lunettes, je n'ai pu les portées qu'une semaine. je me suis très vite aperçus que la correction était décalée dans le sens de la hauteur et de plus l'attache sur le nez ne tient plus le verre qui a été changé... Le service n'a vraiment pas été au rendez-vous ! Je continue à porter mes anciennes lunettes et je n'ai vraiment pas envie de retourner chez Optical Center.
