Mes lunettes ne me sont pas livrées, on me demande 1 chèque de caution du montant remboursement mutuelle, alors qu'on m'avait dit lors de la commande qu'ils geraient la mutuelle
Fallait pas me dire au début qu'ils s'en occupaient
Surtout qu'ils vont être remboursés par ma mutuelle même si cela traine
Alors pourquoi ce manque de confiance
